Each canvas is handmade to order therefore they are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
 
Once you have ordered your preferred size, please email your image to info@soisbellephotography.co.uk along with your order number.
 
You also have an option to edit your image, some customers ask for their image to be change to a black & white version or for their imaged to be sharpened but it is completely your choice.
 
For a 10'x8'(25cmx20cm) canvas I recommend the picture resolution to be a minimum 1000x1250 pixels and for best quality images the resolution should be 2400x3000 pixels,
 
For a 12'x12'(30cmx30xm) canvas I recommend the picture resolution to be a minimum 1500x1500 pixels and for best quality images the resolution should be 3600x3600 pixels.
 
For a A3 sized canvas I recommend the picture resolution to be a minimum of 1754x2480 pixels and for best quality images the resolution should be 3508x4961 pixels.
